Toronto’s skyline is a sight to behold when the sun rises or descends behind it. This was particularly true on the evening of Dec 10, 2020. The crimson sky seemed to symbolize the world in the turbulent grips of a pandemic. Many regions, including North America, were entering the worst stage of the second wave of COVID-19. At the same time, optimism was growing as vaccines had begun to roll out.
