About

I am a photographer and videographer based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Whatever I do, wherever I go, a camera inevitably accompanies me. With it, I capture a diverse range of subjects and scenes, including people, places and objects. Headshots? Weddings (photography and cinematography) and other events? Products? Architecture? Landscape? Street photography? They are all my jam. While this may seem unfocused, I simply consider myself a portraitist. Adopting the portraiture approach to photography and cinematography has shaped how I see, and consequently how I capture that which is in front of my eyes.

Over the years, I have honed my craft as a photographer, becoming well versed in both technical and stylistic elements as well as quite competent in using the camera and editing. Furthermore, my repertoire has expanded to include printing, an essential step in the creation of a complete photograph, as well as cinematography. Some of the photographs herein can be purchased as prints. As this website is a work in progress, for now, if you are interested in buying prints, please contact me by email.

I am also a photographer and cinematographer available for hire, preferably within the Greater Toronto Area. If you and your family, your business and products, or your events, milestones and performance can use the services of me and my camera, contact me. A photo or video shoot with me starts with my endeavour to understand your objectives, and ends with the delivery of not just digital files but also at least one print — i.e. a real photograph.

Don’t forget to check out my blog, where I discuss techniques and technology (not always directly related to photography), successes and failures (again, not necessarily photography-related) or specific photography outings and projects, amongst other topics. Feel free to drop a comment.

One final note, unless otherwise indicated, all rights pertaining to photos/images on this website are mine. Please do not download, screen-grab or otherwise use my images without permission.

May I soon see you and yours on the other side of my camera.
